Subcontractor Insurance Requirements
Prior to working with Compass Construction LLC you must fulfill the following requirements:
Liability Insurance
- Name Compass Construction LLC as "additional insured by endorsement"
- Limits must be no less than the following
- Each Occurrence Limit: 1,000,000. Per Occurrence
- Medical Payment Limit: 5,000. Per Person
- General Aggregate Limit: 2,000,000.
- Fire Legal Liability: 50,000. Per Occurrence
- Personal & Advertising: 1,000,000. Per Occurrence
- Limits must be no less than the following
- Bodily Injury by Accident: 1,000,000. Per Accident
- Bodily Injury by Disease: 1,000,000. Per Employee
- Bodily Injury by Disease: 500,000. Policy Limit
- Completed W-9 or Declaration of Independent Contractor Status Form with copy of your Drivers License
- Mechanic's Lien Waiver
- One for your company
- One for any “Sub” or “Outsourced” work your company may have used
