This house we razed to the foundation, and built a 6500 square foot mansion on a modified foundation.

Demolition materials were separated and largely recycled and repurposed.

The property is on a hill, and this required special shear walls, caissons, and steel infrastructure to be installed within.

The final house has 6 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms, with an elevator to access all 4 floors of the house. This house included some energy efficient options, such as solar preheats for the water, and Argon filled coated vinyl windows.

The back decking was done with a Brazilian Ipe wood, installed with screwless anchors which gave a stunning look.
